If you’ve forgotten your user name and/or password, don’t worry, we can remedy the situation.
Betty has all the user names, so email her to be reminded of yours. Betty also has the email address you used to sign up, if you ever need to be reminded of that. And here’s a hint: you can use your email address in place of your user name to sign in.
As for your password, you’re the only one who has that so if it’s lost, you simply need to reset it. Super-easy to do. When you’re on the Member Login page, it will look like this (and by the way, this is a screenshot only, you can’t use it to sign in!)
Enter your user name in the space provided. Then click on “Lost your Password?”
You will be taken to a page where you can request to reset your password. On that page, you can enter your user name OR the email you signed up with. Here’s what that page looks like:
You will then receive an email, delivered to the email address you used to sign up originally, which will tell you how to reset your password. If you enter an email address here, you do have to use the same email address that you used originally.
Changing or resetting the password can be done many times. However it’s easiest to write your login info. down somewhere, or allow the computer to remember it and fill it in automatically.
